Almost homeowners! Beyonce and Jay Z 'are close to snapping up that $130m Bel-Air mansion for $90m'... as new details emerge on property
Beyonce and Jay Z may be the proud owners of a new Los Angeles home soon.
In June TMZ reported that the power couple were looking at a modern mansion in the Bel-Air neighborhood for $130 million.
And on Friday the Los Angeles Times added new information. A source told the paper that the singers will likely get the property for a much lower price of $90m in the next coming weeks. And details were also shared, such as how the home has an impressive 10,000 square feet.
The real estate deal is super hush-hush, but Bey and Jay have quietly snapped it up according to real estate sources not authorized to comment publicly on the proposed deal.
