Ahmed Musa Takes Second Wife

Insiders told us that she has been living in a house the footballer bought for her at Lekki, Lagos State before now. She was with him at the Super Eagles camp in Uyo, Akwa Ibom, after the match between the Super Eagles and the Foxes of Algeria.

The footballer’s first marriage to his wife and mother of two children, Jamila crashed because he was hell-bent on taking a second wife but his wife objected strongly to it. This we were told is the main reason the marriage crashed. The wife was said to have told him pointblank that she is not ready to share him with another woman.

We gathered that family members tried their best to settle the crisis. Even Musa’s mother flew from Nigeria to the UK to mediate in the matter but the wife stood her ground and insisted she doesn’t want her husband to take a second wife.

It was this second wife crisis that led to a serious quarrel between Musa and his wife and she had to report him to the British police. The wife was said to have been so angry when the husband posted a picture of the new wife on his Instagram page, calling her my queen.
