nannies to help take care of the newborn babies as they nest in Los Angeles.
According to a Wednesday report from US OK! magazine, the singers have hired six nannies at $100,000 a year each for the bundles of joy.
'The twins don't sleep at the same time, so she decided she needed three per child, working in eight hour shifts,' a source said.

It is not unusual for parents of newborn twins to have both day and night nannies, according to care.com.
There are also two nannies for their daughter Blue Ivy, aged five.
That makes a total of eight nannies going in and out of their home day and night.
But it's not as if the Grammy winners cannot accommodate the employees.
The Carters have been staying at a rental in Malibu until they close the deal on a mega mansion in LA, which will have plenty of room for all the help, it has been claimed.
In late June TMZ reported the hit makers put in an offer on a Bel-Air, California house that was in the $130m ballpark.
The modern-looking mansion is 30,000 square feet on 1.86 acres.
There are eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, four pools, a basketball court, recording studio, spa and paddle tennis court, according to the site.
It was added the home is already furnished.
Bel-Air is where off-again pals Kim Kardashian and Kanye West currently reside with kids North and Saint.
The Carters like LA, it has been said.
'LA is their home base now, and this is where Blue goes to preschool,' a source told People. 'They’re all very happy in LA.'
This report comes after the twins' birth certificate was revealed in mid July, revealing the little ones have no middle names and entered the world through C-section.
The document also showed the superstar enlisted the help of the very doctor who has delivered all of the Kardashians' kids, Dr Paul Crane of Beverly Hills.
The certificate showed that, while their daughter arrived before their son, the babies were delivered in the same minute, at 5:13 a.m. PST.
The Lemonade songstress, 35, and her rapper husband made their double baby news public in February, with Beyoncé posting a stunning maternity photo to her Instagram account.
'We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over,” Beyoncé wrote alongside the snap, which showed her posing in a burgundy bra, sky blue panties and green veil amid a floral backdrop.

'We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. – The Carters,” the Grammy winner added.
